Privacy
The short version, in plain words.
Form checks
Your video stays on your phone.
Most sets are checked entirely on your phone. When a set needs a second look, we send a few still frames to check your form, then they're gone. We don't keep them, and neither does our AI provider.
Progress photos
Your photos, your call.
Keep them here to see your progress side by side, or have them checked and forgotten.
Your training
Your log follows you.
We store your profile answers and the sets you log so your plan and progress move with you between devices.
